Steve ArthingtonDirector of Business Development Steve is responsible for the development and expansion of the care division and in particular the wholesale arrangements with national brokers. Steve explores new schemes and establishes and manages the relationships with affinity groups. Steve brings 25 years insurance experience to the business across all sectors. |
Joanna Hillen (BSc Hon's)Care Underwriter Jo has been with us since 2007 and is a highly dedicated care insurance expert having gained her previous experience with Royal Sun Alliance as a specialist underwriter. Jo controls our panel of independent and national sub-brokers who access our attractive schemes and facilities. |
Nicola SkipseyCare Underwriter Nicky has worked with Aldium since 2002 and brings a high level of care insurance expertise from Eagle Star/Zurich where she was an underwriter. Nicky specialises in the area of larger Groups and also manages one of our major care schemes and underwrites on behalf of the Insurer. |
Rachel O'BrienCare Process Rachel joined Aldium 2006 and monitors and reports to the Directorate on care processes ensuring that service levels and customer satisfaction is maintained across the division. |
Nick PikeClient Services Nick came to us in 2007 and manages the small independent care home portfolio as well as the independent care groups. This is one or our most successful areas of business utilising the entire care insurance market to bring competitive solutions to our customers. |
