You will also be encouraged to gain professional recognition through the examination and qualification process of the Chartered Insurance Institute, with full funding of study materials, exam fees and in-house and external training programmes.

Your development will be recognised via our appraisal system and linked to salary and progression, and salaries are at least commensurate with the top end of the market and checked annually to maintain that status. You will also receive generous paid holidays, increasing with length of service and membership of our pension scheme which we contribute to.
